FIXED TERM 2 YEARS (48 hours per week)
The Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) is seeking a Squad Instructor, working at the Cadet Training Centre at Frimley Park. The Squad Instructor aims to instruct and qualify Cadet Force Adult Volunteers in the ACF and CCF to deliver demanding, realistic, interesting, progressive and safe training to members of the Cadet Forces.
The Cadet Training Centre, Frimley Park, is the National Training Centre for the Combined Cadet Force and the Army Cadet Force. The majority of instruction is carried out for students from these organisations attending weeklong residential courses. Courses normally assemble mid-Sunday afternoon and disperse PM Fridays. There are in addition, 10-12 courses that form up earlier on weekends or conferences scheduled throughout the year, which may require attendance.
These positions are fixed-term 2-year contracts. They will consist of a 48-hour working week and a starting annual salary of £34,569.60, which will be based at the Cadet Training Centre, Frimley Park.
This role is key to ensuring Army Cadets’ training meets the governance requirements of the MOD, and follows the required process and procedure, whilst forging its own dynamic and flexible youth training policies to meet the needs of a modern youth organisation.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools.
