ACCT UK offers professional development funding for Army Cadet Force Adult Volunteers who wish to develop their leadership and management skills.
Army Cadet Force Adult Volunteers attending the Initial Officer Training Course (IOT) can gain an ILM Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management through CVC.
Army Cadet Force Volunteers to access the course, through awarding a bursary to each participant upon completion of the course.
The course helps ACF Adult Volunteers to develop their skills and experience, helps them perform more effectively as leaders and enhance their CVs.
