Xtreme Everest

An Epic Adventure Empowering Young Leaders

Xtreme Everest - Jordan Wylie MBE

Jordan Wylie MBE has already raised over £90,000 for ACCT UK (including gift aid) through his Antarctic Odyssey and Eco-Triathlon campaigns. Now, with your support, he’s aiming to build on this total to reach an ambitious £250,000 target through his latest challenge… Xtreme Everest.

What is Xtreme Everest?

Xtreme Everest is Jordan’s newest and most ambitious project yet. A journey from the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth, to the summit of Mount Everest, the highest. This remarkable global expedition blends endurance, adventure and youth development, placing Army Cadets at the heart of an extraordinary story.

Army Cadets UK Ambassador, Jordan, will travel thousands of miles overland through the Middle East and Asia before reaching Nepal for the final, formidable challenge… An attempt to summit Mount Everest.

Cadets at the Core

A defining feature of Xtreme Everest is its commitment to young people. Ten Army Cadets from across the UK will be selected to join Jordan in Nepal for the Everest Base Camp phase. This is a once-in-a-lifetime Himalayan expedition offering adventure, learning and leadership in one of the most inspiring environments on Earth.

These cadets will trek alongside Jordan and his team, developing the qualities of resilience, confidence and courage that set the next generation of leaders apart. Applications for this unique opportunity will open in June 2026, with selection based on commitment, character and personal development.

Be part of Xtreme Everest team by supporting Jordan’s fundraising for ACCT UK

Funds raised over the next two years of the challenge will go to supporting the vital work of ACCT UK and contribute towards adventure training for Army Cadets and adult volunteers. These experiences play a vital role in helping young people build resilience, leadership, and confidence through truly life-changing opportunities.

Adventure training includes activities such as caving, mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, and paddle sports (kayak, open canoeing, stand-up paddle board). It offers proven benefits for physical, mental, and personal development, taking young people outside their comfort zone, fostering skills such as resilience, leadership, and teamwork.
