to develop and achieve through the Army Cadets
We also develop the youth leadership and training abilities of adult volunteers in the army cadets.
We believe that opening up opportunities to every young person to learn new skills, build confidence and develop friendships through army cadet’s activities will inspire young people to achieve their life ambitions.
Access life-changing opportunities through our grant programmes and professional development opportunities.

The Matthew Bacon Bursary Fund has supported over 60 Army Cadets to participate in Outward Bound courses and expeditions they would
otherwise not be able to afford.
We have supported over 1,500 Army Cadets to participate in Battlefields Tours as part of Remembrance commemorations providing important life lessons for young people.
This is such a wonderful thing to present to ACF members hitting hard times. I am so so grateful for the grant. It helped me financially following redundancy. I cried when I received it. I cannot thank you enough.”
