This is an exciting training role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible for development of courses and compliance by those undertaking training delivery.
We are looking for a person with skills in training design to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to the team.
This role is key to ensuring the Army Cadets can deliver excellent quality course materials and the training cycle is compliant with MOD and/or awarding body requirements.
This position is a permanent full-time post (40 hours per week) which will be home-based. However, some travel to Aldershot and London to attend meetings will be required. The starting salary for the post will be £28,808.00 per annum.

The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.
